At Prestige Collectors Club, we curate an exclusive experience for sports card enthusiasts, providing a dynamic platform where collectors can connect, engage, and elevate their passion. Through a range of unique offerings and benefits, we strive to enhance every aspect of the collecting journey.

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAYS?

Yes. Giveaways are membership exclusive. However we sometimes offer giveaways that are open to the public involving our social media pages (eg. following our page, re-sharing)

DO I NEED TO LIVE IN AUSTRALIA TO BECOME A MEMBER?

Yes, for now our memberships are available to Australian and NZ citizens only.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime! We want all our members to have the assurance that there is no lock-in contracts or agreements in place. You can choose to sign up for one month or a lifetime. Your Prestige Collectors Club journey is in your complete control.

WHERE DO I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can manage your membership by logging in and accessing the membership portal. The portal is where you can access all your membership benefits a long with allowing you to manage your membership and keep your account details up to date.

CAN I PURCHASE A TEE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes! Our Streetwear is available worldwide!

REFUND POLICY

At Prestige Collectors Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds:

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you select the correct membership tier before completing your purchase.

Repack Products, Singles, and Memorabilia

  • Non-Refundable: All repack products, singles, and memorabilia purchases are final. Due to the collectible nature of these items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution. Proof of the issue (e.g., photos) may be required.

Clothing and Merchandise

  • Clothing and merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
